Greetings WoL lovers and lovettes! Can you hear that giddy, frolicsome BANG? That’s the BANG we’re intending to finish off the year with! November is finally here, and while we’re sad to say au revoir to 2017, we also have a lot to celebrate—summer is here, and so is another wondrous, woman-filled wafternoon celebrating the lost and languid art of letter-writing at the Thornbury Theatre!

On Sunday, 26 November, Women of Letters will be bringing together on stage for the first time ever:

Radio producer, presenter, educator and co-founder of Still Nomads, Areej Nur

DJ, Kiss FM, RRR and PBS radio presenter, and community youth worker, MzRizk

Journalist, television presenter, screenwriter, and author, Sheridan Jobbins

Journalist, presenter, MC, author, and co-director/co-producer of ABC’s Heroes, Angela Pippos

Leading literary figure, poet, and award winning author of The World Beneath, Cate Kennedy

These brilliant dames will each be reading 'A Letter to How I Figured It Out’, alongside the slowjams provided by RICHIE 1250

Join us for a most entertaining afternoon celebrating a brilliant line-up of female talent whilst simultaneously raising funds for animal rescue shelter, Edgar's Mission.

Tickets are $20.00 plus b.f. and are available through the Oztix website, or $25.00 on the door, if available.

Bookings ESSENTIAL.
